To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, including all tags and dust bags. Damaged items will be rejected and won't be returned.

Please contact contact@twogaa.com to initiate a return. Returns can be made within 30 days of the delivery of the initial order.

Customers are responsible for paying the $20 return processing fee plus the original standard shipping fee of $15. We are temporarily waiving the return processing fee in 2025!

Return shipping costs must be paid before a return shipping label is issued. Customer will receive a printable shipping label within one business day.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
